qmhandle software package provides tool to manage the qmail message queue, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install qmhandle
qmhandle is installed in your system.
Make ensure the qmhandle package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep qmhandle *
You will get with qmhandle package name, version, architecture and description in a table
